本日の体重78.4Kg 体脂肪21.3
空き缶・ゴミ拾いの道路清掃作業に参加しました。
多かったのは、タバコの吸殻、パッケージでした。
もちろん、すべてとは言いませんが、タバコを吸う人にはマナーが悪い人が多いということになるのでしょうか？
